1. Go to Setting > Chart of Account.
  2. Click button Add Account.
  3. You will see new Chart of Account page.
  4. Select or enter the appropriate information at the following fields;
    1. Account Type
    2. Code
    3. Name
    4. Description
  5. Tick the relevant checkbox;
    1. Show on dashboard
    2. Show in Expense Claim
    3. Enable payment to this account
  6. Click Save button to create new Account.
