Available only to HR & Payroll module subscriber

You can view the employee directory even if you are a regular user. These are the following information which you can view from Employee Directory.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Job Title
  • Department
  • Location

You can also make search to find specific Employee if the directory list is too big.


You can only click on your own employee record. Others are not clickable if you do not have the permission to view the detail of Employee record.

Only users with Administrator role and HR Executive role can click on every Employee Record. They can also have access to the Employee record tab cater for the Human Resource information.
