EMPLOYMENT

End Employment

Use this button to end the employment status. It will also update the Employment End Date field. The employee will be removed from the Employee Directory and be listed in the History tab.

Users can also view their record of leave application and its status from this tab.

Administrator, Regular user with HR access as either Employee or HR Executive

CASES

Which role can access this tab?

Administrator, Regular user with HR access as HR Executive


The HR Executive or Administrator can view the reported cases or incident associated with this Employee.


ASSET

Which role can access this tab?

Administrator, Regular user with HR access as either Employee or HR Executive


This serves as Asset handover record from the Employer to Employee and vice versa.

The HR Executive or Administrator can add new Asset and assign the Asset to this Employee.

The Employee can acknowledge receiving this asset.


DOCUMENTS

Which role can access this tab?

Administrator, Regular user with HR access as HR Executive


The HR Executive or Administrator can upload document relevant to the Employee in this tab. Typically you would probably upload the employee resume, application form, signed agreement/contract or response letter for Show Cause letter to the employee.
