You may want to create a custom leave policy based on the employee designation or the employee seniority. This will provide more incentive for the employee to stay longer in your organization.

Add Designation Leave

  1. Click Add Designation Leave
  2. Select the Designation (look here on how to create new Designation)
  3. Enter the number of Days for this Leave

SimpankIra Payroll will automatically add additional annual leave for the employee with the effected designation.

Add Seniority Leave

  1. Click Add Seniority Leave
  2. Enter the number of years in service
  3. Enter the number of Days for this Leave

SimpanKira Payroll will auto calculate each employee's years in service for the organization and automatically top up the annual leave to the effected employee
