If you click at Option list in the Quote page, you should be able to see these functions. However, the functions are different from one state to another;
1) Draft
- Delete - delete Quote
2) Awaiting Approval
- Cancel Approval Process - this will put the Quote into Draft mode again
- Delete - delete Quote
- Share Quote - you can produce the link to this Quote and share with relevant contact.
3) Approved
- Reverse & Edit - you can reverse the Approved decision and edit back the Quote to do appropriate adjustment.
- Mark as Accepted - set the Quote to Accepted status
- Mark as Declined - set the Quote to Declined status
- Duplicate (or clone) - create a copy of the Quote
- Delete - delete Quote
- Share Quote - you can produce the link to this Quote and share with relevant contact.
So depending which phase you are with the Quote, you can always find your way back to the initial phase of the Quote.
