Essential Information

These are the information you can enter at Organisation tab in Payroll Setting:

  1. LHDN Reference File Number
  2. LHDN Income Tax Reference Number
    Employer PERKESO / SOCSO Registered Number
  3. Employer KWSP / EPF Registered Number


You can also enable the Human Resource Development Fund Contribution.

It has 3 options:

  • Automatic - system will automatically enable the HRDF calculation based on total number of employee in the organisation
  • 0.5% - this is the rate for voluntary contribution to HRDF
  • 1.0% - this is the mandatory contribution rate for organisation with 10 or more employees.
