Available only to HR & Payroll module subscriber OR Project module subscriber

You can only access this if you have Administrator role or HR executive role. Or you have access to Project module with ability to approve claims.

Follow these steps:

  1. At Expense Claim page, go to Pending for Approval tab
  2. Click on the claim submission with Pending status
  3. Select the appropriate corresponding account for each claim item request using Assign to Account function at the top of the page. It has dropdown list of Account in your Chart of Account.
  4. Click Approve or Reject after you finish assign all the appropriate account for each claim item. This will complete the Claim approval process.
